Crystal Reports 2008 Visual Advantage ("Promotion")
- You herewith state your will to participate in the Promotion.
- Every company purchasing Crystal Reports 2008 Visual Advantage from the company Online Store within a period from 1 November 2009 until 31 March 2010 ("Validity Period") will be eligible to win one of
forty SAP BusinessObjects-branded 64 GB flash memory keys.
- Purchasing companies must be based in EMEA and have their shipping address within EMEA.
- The first forty purchasers within that timeframe win a SAP BusinessObjects-branded 64 GB flash memory key provided the purchase
price has been fully paid
- Winners will be notified vie e-mail within two weeks of 31 March. Notification is dependent upon the provision of a valid e-mail
address.
- Once SAP has notified the winners the license keys for the SAP
BusinessObjects branded 64 GB flash memory keys are sent with separate
mail to the postal address of the purchasing company.
- For the avoidance of doubt, orders placed during the Validity
Period and which have been cancelled and credited, regardless of reason
are not eligible for this Promotion.
- For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion will apply to orders
placed during the Validity Period where the Software is delivered by SAP
after the Validity Period for reasons exclusively due to SAP.
- The Promotion shall not apply in the event that the company
requests delivery of the Software after the Validity Period for Software
ordered during the Validity Period.
- This Promotion must not be cumulated with other sales
promotions.
- SAP reserves the right to terminate or amend this Promotion
without prior notice.
